How to Connect a Supplier

Step 1: Add Supplier Account

Go to Settings → Suppliers
Click + Add Supplier
Select your supplier type (e.g., Alibaba, Oberlo, Dropshipping Network)
Enter supplier credentials

Step 2: Map Products

Once connected, review imported products
Map supplier SKUs to your internal SKUs
Set minimum stock levels
Enable auto-replenishment

Step 3: Configure Inventory Sync

Set sync frequency (Real-time, Hourly, Daily)
Choose inventory update rules
Set alert thresholds
